Chef Shahzaib is a seasoned culinary professional with 15 years of experience in fine dining, restaurant management, and culinary education. Having worked in prestigious hotels and restaurants, he has mastered international cuisines, menu development, and food presentation techniques.

Currently serving as an Executive Chef & Culinary Instructor at Pakistan Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA), Karachi, he trains aspiring chefs in essential and advanced culinary skills. His areas of expertise include continental cuisine, pastry & bakery, food styling, and kitchen management. With a strong focus on practical learning, Chef Shahzaib ensures that his students gain real-world experience, preparing them for success in the food industry.

Throughout his career, he has mentored hundreds of students who have gone on to become professional chefs, restaurant owners, and hospitality entrepreneurs. Passionate about innovation in the kitchen, he continuously explores new cooking techniques and trends to keep his training up-to-date.
